*What size product would you like (1.5oz OR 8oz - jams and jellies ONLY) AND if you would like to mix jam/jelly flavors with ONE other flavor, insert the flavor here as well.

** A preferred delivery date is NOT mandatory. This is for us to know when you'd like your order for so that we do our best to have your order prepared for that time. If no preferred delivery day is selected, we will do our best to have a fast turnaround time, however, if your order is completed later than you'd like that is NOT our fault or responsibility.
